Our Work

As part of Co-Operative Financial Services, Business Transformation Programme (bTp). We took over the Programme Office development activity, which had been commenced as a result of an internal assessment, where the client had identified a number of immature areas within the Programme Office. The assignment requirements were to develop suitable processes, procedures, standards and toolsets to mature the Programme Office, so that it could be made fully operational and operate in a Business As Usual capacity.
