There are lots of average project managers out there. Mark is not one of them. He has delivered several successful HR IT projects in my area at the Co-op, and is highly valued and well liked by the business as well all IT areas he has worked with. His enthusiasm and communication skills ensure he has the ability to extract the most out of people and get things done. I look forward to working with Mark at some point in the future.

Mark has just helped us here at The Co-op to implement, Modern Hire and what a great service we received. Mark really understood us as customers because he took the time to really understand the product and how it could serve our needs. He was with us every step of the way and available when we needed him, nothing was too much trouble. We met all our milestones and delivered on time and in budget, with no disruption to service. Mark created a training course for our MBA students around optimising your profile on LinkedIn for job search and a second session around marketing and business development. Both session ran very well with excellent feedback from all participants. The sessions conducted by Mark were informative, interactive, compelling and current.

Mark joined the Mortgages Stand up team in the role of Technical Lead to "kickstart" the technical delivery of a multitude of Mortgages systems which needed to be cloned/created for the new Mortgage Operations area. Mark added some governance rigour around the deliverables - ensuring there was a clear scope of delivery, whilst also showing strong stakeholder management skills as he built a rapport with the various technical teams (both "in house" and third party) and with the key operational stakeholders.
