- To setup, execute and close down a programme of work to support the replacement of ATM’s and IDM’s across the branch / remote network within Lloyds Banking Group.
- Develop and execute RFI / RFP and supplier selection for ATM’s and IDM’s
- Project delivery of ATM’s and IDM’s, ensuring that at every stage the programme is continuing to be delivered to quality, time and cost.

What We Did
Provided best practice Project Management through the introduction of an appropriate level of project governance structure, ensured that stakeholder management network understood and continuously communicated to throughout the project lifecycle at the appropriate level.
Worked with procurement team to carry out RFI and RFP process, along with setting up the supporting commercial agreements. Agreed requirements, business case, timeline and cost model with senior management and commenced delivery to time, quality and cost.
The project required significant co-ordination due to the number of contractors involved in the replacement of the ATM’s across the whole of the United Kingdom, with crews being split geographically supporting Scotland, the North West (encompassing Greater Manchester, Yorkshire, Cheshire), through the Midlands in to London and the South of England.
