Intelipad is owned and operated by Mark Leyland, who is the managing consultant, backed by a team of associates. Prior to starting Intelipad, Mark worked for major blue chip companies, delivering a variety of projects and programmes, across different continents.

Why are we different ?
We are a small management consulting company who provide a cost effective alternative to the larger consulting firms. However, we bring the expertise and knowledge gained from working on some of the largest projects and programmes undertaken, which enables us to take those lessons learned and apply them to your organisation, to ensure that your project is a success. We provide an honest approach to any assignment and if either we believe a project is not achievable or would not benefit the company to undertake then we will tell you – even if it is at the detriment of lost revenue to us as an organisation.
However, we approach every assignment in exactly the same way, by ensuring that we deliver on our key objectives. To;
- ensure that the client is provided with the required level of information to make informed decisions;
- solve a client’s problem;
- analyse and make a diagnosis, which may result in refinement of the problem;
- make recommendations, incorporating duration and costings, based on the diagnosis;
- assist with the implementation of the recommended actions;
- build a consensus and commitment around the corrective actions;
- facilitate client learning;
- permanently improve organisational effectiveness.
