The Co-operative Group was initially founded in 1863 as a buying group called Co-operative Wholesale Services (CWS) for a collection of co-operatives in the North of England, with it’s roots being firmly based in Greater Manchester, having being originally started by the Rochdale Pioneers.
What We Did
Provided best practice Programme Office Management, to this Greater Manchester based financial services client. With regards to the set up of the programme office to support the Business Transformation Programme (bTp). As well as ensuring that the processes, procedures, standards and toolsets were in place and rolled out across the organisation, a continuous improvement role was undertaken and already existing processes were assessed against best practice and changes recommended as appropriate.
