- Develop a suitable governance structure to support the Central Payments System programme, through the DWP Business Change Lifecycle
- Lead the successful application of the DWP Business Change Lifecycle / Governance Model, working with suppliers, strands and stakeholders, ensuring all key components are understood and addressed, to ensure a successful passage through the DWP Gated Review Process.
- Lead the Gated Review’s, ensuring all criteria are graded correctly and in line with the Business Change Lifecycle / Governance Model.
- Provide expertise in the areas of planning, Risk / Assumptions / Issues / Decisions and Lessons (RAIDL) Management and Configuration / Document Management.

Provided best practice Programme Office Management, to this government department, in connection with ensuring the required level of governance for the Central Payments System programme.
Introduced a best practice approach to the Gated Reviews, which are critical milestones that the programme must complete to ensure a successful go live.
Also provided programme office management support in terms of risks, configuration and planning, introducing revised processes for all of these key areas of the programme office, ensuring consistent reporting and a streamlined approach
